IN THIS SESSION YOU WILL LEARN

"They will be fine. Kids are resilient." If this is true, why are so many adults in therapy? Because they experience hard things, globally mobile children often have more opportunities to build resilience than non-mobile children. There is much that parents can do at all stages of their children's life, but especially during an international move, to support the growth and development of their children's resilience.
  • Why resilience matters
  • What the difference between resilience & confidence is and why you should care
  • What action parents can take to help their children build both.
