About the Speaker
Steffen Henkel specializes on linking classroom training with the possibilities of online learning on a professional scale. He had been a member of the advisory board of AFS and a member of the Society for Intercultural Education, Training and Research SIETAR Germany where he held several positions in the board. Therefore, Steffen is deeply involved in an extensive network of facilitators, trainers and coaches in the intercultural field. Steffen holds a degree in International Business, Culture and Language Studies with a focus on Southeast Asia from Passau University/Germany and IKIP Bandung/Indonesia. He has been engaged in intercultural communication and cooperation since 1997.
Elena Mosko is the CEO and Founder of Globiana Inc. Globiana provides intercultural support and training of cross-border assignees, global teams and corporate business travelers to multinational clients worldwide. Elena started the company in 2012 with a team of former expats and intercultural experts, building on her personal experience of an international relocation from Russia to the USA. Elena holds an MBA from Babson College and Santa Clara University. She is a frequent speaker at American and European industry events, addressing the global mobility trends, Duty of Care, e-learning technologies and expat wellness topics.
